Yes, I am alive and well...
On the other hand business still not going well, so cash and time are at a premium.
And to the rumors... yes I'm playing WoW, have a nice lil 70 Mage on Ysera server... come see some time.
And why WoW, and not EQ... honestly I can just go out solo and play. I dont have any time commitments to make sinces I'm just soloing. Yes the contenet isnt as indepth as EQ, but then again Im not being forced to buy a new expansion every 3-6 months.
Not bashng EQ, that game has stood the test of time. Its just at your levels (70+), soloing for solid game content just isnt available, IMO. At least for a Wizzy. And dont get me started on tradeskills...lol
PVP on the other hand, EQ NEVER had classes even for that type of play... WoW does. If you dont think so, come on over there... I have over 15k kills in PVP.
I still havent given up on EQ, lets just say I'm taking an extended holiday until the work and money get straightened out.
Congrats to all on the latest beat down, as I will continue to monitor how you guys are doing, keep up the good work !!

After they release their second expansion of this year... maybe, but then again they were saying we are only releasing 1 expansion a year... almost 2 years ago. I believe it when i see it.
Heard the latest expansion has already been beaten by a few guilds. Doesnt sound like that one was too difficult.
Again, it's all a matter of time management, and as Ive said... I wont comit to playing EQ unless I'm in a raiding guild. (Yes, AD is my only choice).
But I cant have you all guessing if Auger will be on, its not fair to the other guild members. When I play I want you all to know you can depend on me to be there, and at this point I cant make the commitment.

Auger, the last expansion in EQ is the hardest ever released.
3 guilds across all servers have progressed to event 4 from what I'm told.
Three.
There's a level increase because people cannot beat it. |

With the exception of LDoN, LoY and maybe DoN, they all have been the hardest ever released at the time

Only Triality has progressed that far. I think they are on event 6? Either way, the only way they and the few other guilds got that far was huge amounts of DPS.
I heard the 1st or 2nd event is nearly impossible with a full raid unless it is skewed for DPS rather then balanced.

6 mo after release, both had been beaten by many guilds.
Rathe was like TBS but only because the devs purposely left it bugged because they hadnt finished plane of time. |
