Pardon me while I shamelessly plug my own post

AYA rocks and can be made to fit any size screen but a 1280x1024 (I use a 1680x1250 I made) template comes in the Charname_Servername.ini in the .zip, just change teh files name to fit the toon you want the UI on, put it in the EQ folder... start EQ, will be pre-configured.
