| This is a very nice site you guys have here. Just dropping in to say hello. I am looking for a new home and was looking at requirements to app here. I will likely be putting an app in here in the near future. My main is a cleric. |

| I spent some time trying to throw a magelo together but I am having issues with it not syncing. As soon as I get this issue resolved I will fill out an app if you all are looking for clerics. |

the syncing not working is due to possibly this: you have to pay $25 a year for a premium magelo if you want it to sync your gear / aas / skills /everything . If you sync with a basic membership it will just fix your name and what guild you are in. But you can still manually edit all that stuff...

I have the same issue. Mine stopped syncing a few months back, few weeks after I renewed even heh.

| So i reregisteredd at magelo to start from scratch and make a magelo, i made a new hotmail account also. I try to lgin to magelo and it says an email has been sent to my new address and it never shows up there. I tried to have the activation message sent to my old email and magelo says the same thing, it has been sent, yet it never shows up. Therefore i cant even get a new account to make a magelo. I really dunno what else i can do> I understand i need a magelo to app here but i guess its looking like it not meant to be. |

| When i search the database for my character (drukorx) they gave me an x on server transfer, i can find my profile but it comes up blank. When i log in for that account and click my character there is no option to update manually. I did get a premium subscrition but that doesnt seem to work. Shouldnt there be a manage gear button or something manually ? When i run the sync thingy i can click and see all my up to date gear but profile is blank. |

Ok you click on EQ then click on characters and then to the right should be a thing that says manage character and you will click on that and then wait a min to make sure the page loads and then there will be options for skills and aa and whatnot to update and below that it should say main profile. If you click on main profile it should bring up your gear and then you can click on each slot and update them.

| I click EQ, then my characters and the only thing that comes up is the sync box with 3 steps. There is no manage character box or anything. |

You need to do one or more of the following providing you have paid for the sync service:
A) Post on the support forum for magelo and hope they can help
B) Wait for the patch team to catch up (my magelo synch breaks on EVERY EQ patch)
C) verify you have an EXPLICIT firewall rule (explict allows > implicit denials on most software firewalls and its usually easier to create an explicit rule than to figure out which implicit rule is the one to delete for Magelo)
D) Reinstall Magelo
I did C when I first installed magelo and B happens every EQ patch. I have waited up to 3 weeks for B at times.
