Hi all, I need help with running Eq. When I click the game, it scans for the files just ok but when I click the Play button, everything goes away. I dont know how to fix it at all...
I never uninstalled the game and always performed the updating downloads too. Any idea?

Your problem is almost certainly the fact that the EQ engine now uses the most up to date version of direct X. 9c I think?
Anyways, go to the website for your video card and get the latest drivers.
OR go to EQLIVE and tech help and check the (most likely sticky) thread pointing you to where to get the driver update you need for your card to support the latest engine. |
