For some reason, I am hard to shop for at Christmas. Therefore I got a buttload (metric asston) of gift certificates and cash. I've already blown the clothes gift cards, but now I have to spend the rest.
I'm thinking of IPod, IPod Nano, IPod Shuffle, XM or Sirius portable or car stereo, or some combination of Ipod + Satellite Radio.
Anyone have any thoughts on Sirius vs XM? The music is pretty much a wash, but I'm mainly concerned with the sports aspect. I listen to ACC and Big 10 football and basketball games if I'm not in a place where I can see them - and the same goes with NFL games.
The second thing that I'm debating is if I get satellite radio, do you go with the portable players that can hold MP3s and just buy a car kit so my existing Pioneer stereo can play the signal, or should I go with a car receiver and just buy an IPod Nano or shuffle that can interface with the car stereo?
I suppose I shouldn't think about all this when I'm half doped up on meds, but I'd like to see any opinions from anyone that has any of these things. Thanks fuckos! _________________

Sirius I've had and it wasn't bad, Sirius has all the football games on it so if your looking for sports coverage on NFL Sirius is what you should check out. Plus it has Howard Stern and ya can't go wrong there. |

XM FTW... because it doesn't have howard, and has great music stations. Plus free online radio, awesome little radios (which you can upload MP3s to) and record your favorite channels (like tivo for radio - usually 5 hours worth). |
