who is this paul character ? just your neighbor ? if thats the case you have nothing to worry about and you could send those threatining e-mails to your association and get him in trouble, only the association can tell you what can and can not go on your property according to the bylaws. Sounds like that guy is just a douchebag and wants to give you a hard time. ofcourse i dont know your full situation so i could be mistaken. I know when i lived in a condo if someone complained about anything the association did not reasearch it and just sent out a complaint to the homeowner that was complained on, sometimes regardless of weather or not it was allowed in the bylaws, but really if your neighbor can have a swingset in his backyard you can have 2 lawnchairs. im actually supprised a swingset would be allowed on association property.

| That isn't the letter that was sent to me. Wiz just posted it to be foony. This was an actual letter sent to someone else. I'm very curious how that turned out. |
